Ed Stafford
Explorer & Adventurer
Ed Stafford is the first man in history to walk the length of the Amazon River from the source to the sea. It took over two and a half years of Ed’s life. It is the longest jungle expedition ever attempted and the first time in history that anyone has walked this route. With a laptop for company, Ed blogged weekly from the jungle and uploaded video to school children around the World. ‘Walking The Amazon’ has helped Ed’s focus on using his expedition skills to educate over environmental matters and to inspire other people to achieve the seemingly impossible.
